1.	Do you have a computer tied to the serial port of that receiver?
2.	Do you have remote access (e.g. PCAnywhere, VNC, etc.) to that computer?

If the answer to both questions is yes, then you should be able to remotely reboot it by getting on that computer and running Hyperterminal or SatSked (if you are using that program already) and typing the "reset" command in to the receiver.

That's the *simple* overview: there are obviously lots of details omitted for the same of brevity.  If you do have remote connectivity to a computer tied to the receiver, there are plenty of folks on this list that can help guide you through the particulars of exactly how to do it (once we have the details of your setup).
