OK all -

We did have to reboot our U4K before CB1 and CB2 would show up. This morning we had CRB on the display before rebooting.

Agreed. If you depend on CRB for a program it would be good to check to make sure CB1 existed before attempting to use it - but feeds have come and gone before without a reboot.
