No problem here.
We sync the U4K Satsked computer via internal card at the 54:30 mark and run a ESE GPS sync into the Audio Vault and both are accurately synced and no recording issues (usually start recording programs 2-3 second early and that buffer was not diminished when I checked this morning).
Maybe just certain programs starting early?

remote site that uses a totally different sync and both
are showing the same time...but our overnight recordings
