Cannon used to make one called the Canon LC 8T Time Control Manager. I still have one. I belive the NAB store sold them for a number of years in the 80's

We would appreciate if you would e-mail the software to us.  Also, I wonder if one of the programmable hand-held calculators could be set up to do this.
It would be handy to have something like that instead of a computer.
